Nevia Gregorovich was born in Porec, Istria, but has lived in Milan since childhood. You obtained your high school diploma at the same time as your diploma in piano at the G.Verdi Conservatory in Mi. As part of his teaching profession, his studies of various disciplines in the experimental field have been profound and broad. The 80s saw her engaged in concerts in the piano duo "BERTI-GREGOROVICH" with performances in Italy and abroad. Since the year 2000 she has collaborated with the composer L.Donorà as a "co-author" in concert performances of avant-garde music often connected to multimedia exhibitions. We remember, organized by her, those in Barcelona (E) at the Institute of Italian Culture, in Trieste-Palazzo Costanzi, in Milan with the poet Donato Di Poce, in Dignano-Pola in Istria. In the year 1989 she held her first painting exhibition in Milan. Since then she has understood that this is the most congenial expression of art for her and she has never stopped. Her early works involved the unusual use of aluminum plate as a support instead of canvas and synthetic transparent colors to create color/light with ink interventions. Then the large canvases with the broad brushstroke of the material and the oil colors freed her towards a more conscious stylistic research. She has won many awards, including prestigious and numerous personal and collective exhibitions in Italy and abroad. Her works appear in art galleries, museums, cultural centers and public and private collections, both Italian and foreign. Also important are the publications on portraiture, graphics (Gigi Pedroli's school), photography for which there is a marked predilection for the "macro". She and she are included in the most important art catalogues. She lives and works between Milan, Trieste, Barcelona (Spain).
